Robert Mitchell - Managing member of Portal Capital, Portfolio Manager of Green Energy Metals Fund and Co Portfolio Manager of Odysseus Fund Mr. Mitchell has over 30 years of experience in the public securities industry and has served as a Portfolio Manager since 2002. He created and launched Adit Capital Management, L.P. in November of 2004, acting as its Portfolio Manager and has served as the General Partner for Adit Capital Management II, L.P. and Adit Capital Management III, L.P. as well as Green Energy Metals Fund, LP and The Odysseus Fund, L.P. He founded Portal Capital in 2006 and prior to that was the Chief Investment Officer for Touchstone Investment Mangers, LLC in addition to Portfolio Manager, where he compiled a cumulative equity return of over 50% from January 2003 through December 2005. Since 2004, he has had several articles published in Marc Faber’s newsletter, “Gloom, Boom & Doom”, was profiled in Forbes in 2005, and has been mentioned in the NY Times and Wall Street Journal for his entry into the uranium markets. Robert was the Director of Institutional Sales for both Jensen Securities and D.A. Davidson from 1994 through 2002 and was the Managing Director for Institutional Sales for Wheat First Butcher & Singer in Richmond, VA from 1986 through 1994. He was a Professional Baseball Player from 1975 through 1984 and wrote several freelance articles for Sports Illustrated and other major publications during his professional career. He graduated from Richmond University with a B.A. in English in 1980.

Justin Kurland - Member of Portal Capital, Co Portfolio Manager of Odysseus Fund, Head TraderMr. Kurland joined Portal Capital in 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in the public securities industry. Prior to joining Portal, Mr. Kurland worked alongside Robert Mitchell at Touchstone Investment Managers, LLC from 2002 to 2007 where he served as Head Trader and was instrumental in idea generation for the Adit Funds. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Kurland was the Head Trader for Archon Capital Management LLC. In 2002, Mr. Kurland worked as a Trader and Research Analyst for Kadem Capital Management in New York City. He graduated cum laude from Linfield College in 2000 with a B.S. in Finance.

Tom Carley - CFO of Portal CapitalMr. Carley co-founded Portal Capital in 2006 with Mr. Mitchell. Mr. Carley was a private investor from 2000 to 2006. Prior to 2000, Mr. Carley was an Analyst with D.A. Davidson. From 1988 to 1998, he was associated with Jensen Securities, as an Analyst, and as President and Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1998. Mr. Carley holds an AB degree from Dartmouth College in Classics and Economics and an MBA from the University of Chicago in Accounting and Finance.

Forrest V. Nesbitt - VP MarketingMr. Nesbitt joined Portal Capital in July 2008 after spending eight years as the Operations Manager at Touchstone Investment Managers, LLC. Previous to his employment at Touchstone, Mr. Nesbitt worked for Common Sense Investment Managers from 1999 through June 2000 where he assisted in the creation of their marketing department and worked directly under the VP of Operations. He graduated from Millsaps College in 1995 with a B.A. in History. Mr. Nesbitt currently serves as the Vice President of the Board for the Portland Alternative Investment Association.
